This individual will have the opportunity to teach high school students some digital photography, entrepreneurship and utilize the 3D printers, cricut machines, and more.   • Food Service Worker
    Immediate Need, Opening for Food Service Worker, 5.75 hours per day for academic year plus 10 days, school year, supporting School Breakfast Program and National School Lunch Program. The FS Worker will be part of a dynamic team providing meals to students on a daily basis. Experience preferred but not required.

    Daily job responsibilities include implementation of USDA Food Service Programs at schools in the WLC School District. The FS Worker will assist in the preparation of a variety of main and side  dishes and accompanying items as specified by the menu and recipes, and will maintain records as required by the USDA. FS Worker will use industrial food service equipment such as, but not limited to electric mixers, slicers, ovens, stove tops, warmers and coolers. The FS Worker performs daily, weekly and monthly deep cleaning of the facility, service areas, and all kitchen equipment.

    FS Worker will report to the Food Service Director and will work at various sites throughout the district during the school year. Some job assignments require use of your personal vehicle for transport of food supplies between school locations. Performance of job functions requires the ability to follow verbal or demonstrated instruction, physical ability to perform upper and lower body movement, and ability to do reaching, lifting, eye-hand coordination, sitting and stooping.

    FS Worker will be required to maintain Food Safety in Schools certification and earn 6 hours of Professional Development annually. Experience in school food service programs is preferred but not required.

    Daily job responsibilities include implementation of a wide variety of applied behavior analysis (ABA) teaching techniques, including but not limited to incidental/naturalistic teaching, verbal behavior, discrete trial teaching, task analysis, positive behavior management and daily data collection. Therapist would be responsible for working with students in both inclusion and sub separate settings in both small group and 1:1 ratio.     WLCSD is in search of an experienced educator to work as a Coordinator/Integration teacher. The successful candidate will oversee the Response to Intervention program, which is known as WIN (What I Need). WIN is a Tier 2 model that exists in the school and provides remedial services as needed. This position will commence at the start of the 2025‐2026 school year.  

    Job responsibilities include:

    • Coordinating and enhancing the WIN/Title1 process
    • Coordinate Tier 2 instructional practices identified through WIN
    • Support teachers in the implementation of Tier 2 instruction
    • Develop enrichment programing and oversee implementation
    • Participate in creating and presenting staff development including data driven dialogue days
    • Provide targeted instruction with students or groups of students as needed
    • Oversee the Title 1 grant.

    Minimum requirements:

    • Master’s in Education with a focus on curriculum and instruction
    • 6 years teaching experience
    • Previous involvement in WIN/RTI/Title-1 teams
    • Certification in elementary education
